This way we can confirm your address, offer setup upgrades, pickup upgrades, merchandise, care packs, etc etc. Our refund policy: You have 7 days from the order date to cancel for a full refund. After this date, a deposit value of $375 AUD is withheld as a credit (valid for 12 months). This credit can be used for any other order, or anything we sell.
