The SX! Carved top! What a guitar!
Featuring 29 frets, and 6 and 7 string configurations, the SX could quite possibly be the most versatile guitar we offer. A Swamp Ash body with two candy colour options, plus Roasted Maple neck with Wenge fretboard, set the tone for these awesome instruments. For even the most avid tone chasers who demand versatility from their instruments, the NunchuckerA8 humbucker and Old School+ A2 single coil pickups designed in our custom shop deliver, with push/pull coil taps added for extra tonal variety. As with all our guitars, custom hardware is used for our bridge, locking tuners and controls, so you’ll stay blissfully in tune. Play live? Have trouble see where you're at? No problem, we've added glow in the dark side dots. As with all GTR models, these instruments are built in partnership with our friends at World Musical Instrument Co. S. Korea. |

Our own Nunchucker A8 Humbucker features pride of place in the bridge position, with an Old School+ A2 single coil in the neck. Both of these pickups are made to our own specifications by our partners in Korea. 500k pots for volume and tone (tone also has push/pull functionality) and a 3 way toggle switch.
FINISH
All finishes are GLOSS bodies with SATIN lacquer necks.

FUTURA

Around two years ago, we introduced a new CustomShop model named the Futura. It features a raised centre section, forearm and belly carves, and our easy access bolt on neck joint. The Futura was a hit from day one, but not until now has it been available as a GTR Series.
Presented in five stunning formulations; Dahlia Black, Deep Blue, Maya Blue, PurrPull, plus a Ziricote over Mahogany version, these instruments pay tribute to the world class and intensely popular CustomShop models we've proudly build by hand for years.
We added glow in the dark side dots for you to make playing on stage a bit easier, and as always, Stainless Steel frets for longevity.
