Please note our admin staff are PART TIME, and we will confirm your order within 3 business days.
​Business days are Monday to Friday.

You will notice that each payment plan only pays off $1500 AUD. The remainder of any outstanding amount will be billed to you manually at the end, and will vary based on the value of the instrument, any upgrades or merchandise, and shipping costs. If $1500 exceeds the amount you need to pay off (for example, if the instrument is $1400), then you will be refunded the difference at shipping time.

No instruments will ship until all bills are settled in full.
