As standard, all guitars are setup with 9-46 strings and tuned to E. 7's have a 10-56 gauge set.
We can set your guitar up to your preferred tuning, cut the nut slots to suit different strings, and have it ready to play right out of the box, rather than taking it to your local tech for this work.

We highly recommend you purchase a care pack. The full pack includes:
1. "The Best" fretboard conditioner. This enhances the look and feel of your fretboard, plus penetrates into the grain further than any other brand, to limit the effect of humidity on your neck. This product also stops fretboards drying out, which in extreme cases can cause fret issues. Includes applicator block.
2. "Speed Wax". This special polymer wax formula is applied via a spray applicator to enhance the smoothness of your neck, and also add a protective coating on all gloss finishes. VOC free!
3. "It's Spotless!" guitar cleanser. This is a paint cleanser spray formulated with polymer lubrication agents to achieve a flawless clean surface. Spray it on, wipe it off. What's left is a microscopic coating that enhances shine and depth.
4. Microfibre cloth.

For the Run 9 release, we are offering pickup upgrades. There are two options:
1. handmade in our Australian CustomShop. ($160 for 6/7 string, $190 for 8 strings)
2. GTR Series pickups ($85 for 6/7 strings, $95 for 8 strings)

After submitting this form, you will be invoiced via paypal for the final remaining amount, shipping, and upgrades. This will not happen instantly. It will take time, and will depend on when you submitted your form, weekends, workload, etc. After payment has been made, your guitar will be prepared for shipping. We will endeavor to do this as fast as possible. An email will follow with a tracking number as soon as it ships. Our goal is to have ALL orders shipped within one week of the container arriving.
