24 guitars checked today. We hope to do 12-15 per day. We started late as the truck didn't deliver until 10-10:30 and we had to unload. Although we haven't quite finished them either.
1x fret level
3x single frets had minor scratches
A few dry solder joints
1x finish blem
5x needed satin necks made to be more consistent. (Purely a feel thing)
1x nut needs replacing.
Overall, better than we had hoped. Better than the prototypes were on arrival.
We still need to restring all these guitars, smooth off nut edges and do final setups.
