GRAHAM GREENE
"I first met a young Perry Ormsby towards the end of 2004, when he was getting his fledgeling company off the ground. Perry looked after my guitars for a couple of concerts I was doing, and in return I recorded some audio samples using some guitars he had built. The quality of the instruments was obvious from the first note, and it wasn't long before I was playing Ormsbys. My GG Signature Series Ormsby guitars have been my main instruments since 2005, and they give me everything I need in a guitar - tone, playability, reliability and versatility coupled with beautiful cosmetics. I'm a happy man."

I grew up in the Australian outback, and discovered the guitar when I moved to the city of Perth in my early teens. That discovery led to a lifelong love affair with the instrument and a life of playing music. After cutting my teeth playing in various cover bands around the Perth scene, I turned pro in the year of my 21st birthday, and enjoyed playing hundreds of gigs a year for the next decade. During that time I was also honing my compositional, production and songwriting skills, releasing the album Love'n'Crime with my band Ice Tiger in 1991. After the success of that album, I turned to my personal passion of writing instrumental music and released my first solo EP, Blue Feathers in 1998. Since then I have written and released material as a solo artist and also with my wife, Donna, as the band Resonance Project, which saw us tour to Vietnam in 2008, playing a concert that was televised to an audience of around six million viewers. I currently hold endorsements with Ormsby Guitars and Mesa/Boogie, and am hitting the road in 2017 in support of my last two recordings, Down Devils Road and The Guitar Vinci Code.
